Sophee majored in Sales and Marketing at the Marketing Institute of Singapore. She used to be a facilitator for the Entrepreneurship Program with schools such as ITE. When she first started out building SingYouth Hub in 2008, she spent years planning the projects, from recruitment of volunteers to market the causes.
She initiated Social Change-maker and Charity pushcart programme to promote youth development and social engagement. The organisation grew from strength to strength, and today SingYouth have collaborated with more than 120 shopping malls, corporates and schools. The programme has engaged more than 1,000 volunteers supporting with over 50 charities.

Graduated in University of London, Bsc Business Management and Economics, Kent Teo started a bootstrap startup company back in March, Year 2010. Kent Teo is the founder and CEO of Invade Industry Pte Ltd, equipped with 7 years of vast experience in 600 events for content activation for spaces and integrated event management.
Kent has developed successful brands such as Fleawhere; largest and most frequent flea market brand in Singapore, Space Invasion; pioneer of multi-label pop up retail store, Makers' Market; a boutique scaled artisan makers collective and Artbox Singapore; largest creative night market which has 600 over retailers and observed a record breaking 660,000 visitors over the 6-day event. Invade has a projection of more than S$3,000,000 in revenue this year, 2017.
